To ensure freshness, we ship all lobsters and seafood overnight.  All orders are expertly packed and shipped in sturdy cooler boxes with ice/gel packs.  This sturdy packaging protects your seafood until they reach you.  We ship Monday through Thursdays via UPS to all contiguous 48 states.  Unfortunately we cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.


Orders placed BEFORE 2:00pm EST will be shipped the same day.  Any orders AFTER 2:00pm EST will be shipped out the following business day.  Our shopping cart will allow you to choose the delivery date of your order.


We cannot deliver seafood packages on major holidays, weekends or Mondays.


All shipping costs include UPS Next-Day delivery costs, packaging and UPS insurance.


Please plan to have someone present to receive your package from UPS.  Seafood left outside for an extended period or improperly handled seafood will not survive.


We cannot guarantee delivery of shipments.  If any shipment problems occur, all claims must be made through UPS directly, and we will gladly assist you in making a claim.

All sales are final.  We do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products.
